风冷变频冰箱控制参数优化及其节能研究

摘  要:冰箱控制策略的优劣对冰箱节能有至关重要的作用,而影响冰箱性能的因素有很多,而这些因素同时也影响着冰箱的控制策略设计;。本文选用BCD-338W变频冰箱为研究对象,按国标GB 12021.2-2015标准要求,测试分析压缩机转速、冷冻风机运行转速以及冷藏控温参数对耗电量的影响。经研究发现,变频压缩机低速运行时,冷冻风机运行转速及冷藏控温参数对耗电量影响较大,且通过合理优化上述参数可有效降低产品耗电量。The advantages and disadvantages of refrigerator control strategies play a vital role in the energy saving of refrigerators,and there are many factors that affect refrigerator performance,and these factors also affect the design of refrigerator control strategies;.In this paper,the BCD-338W inverter refrigerator is selected as the research object.According to the requirements of the national standard GB 12021.2-2015,the impact of compressor speed,refrigerating fan operating speed and refrigeration temperature control parameters on power consumption is tested and analyzed.Studies have found that when the inverter compressor is running at low speed,the operating speed of the refrigerating fan and the refrigeration temperature control parameters have a greater impact on the power consumption,and the power consumption of the product can be effectively reduced by rationally optimizing the above parameters.
