大学城建设对区域经济文化发展和消费结构的影响——以宜宾大学城为例

摘　　要：大学为城市的建设提供了开放的平台,可以促进一个城市科技创新的发展。宜宾从提出“大学城”建设,到落实,再到最后的施工建设,坚决果断、效果显著。本文分析了宜宾大学城的发展过程和发展动态,研究了宜宾大学城建设带来的区域变化。首先,大学城的发展趋势正在加速,大学城建设成为社会关注的焦点;其次,大学城通过文化聚集、文化创新、文化共享提升了区域文化水平,同时大学城建设带来了大量的人口流动,改变了消费者的消费结构;最后,大学城建设还增加了就业机会、改善了交通设施、促进了房地产建设。Universities provide an open platform for the construction of cities and can promote the development of scientifi c and technological innovation in a city.Yibin has been resolute from proposing the construction of“University Town”to implementation and fi nally construction.This paper analyzes the development process and dynamics of Yibin University Town,studies the regional changes brought by the construction of Yibin University Town.Firstly,the development trend of university town is accelerating,and the construction of university town has become the focus of social attention.Secondly,the university town has improved the regional cultural level through cultural aggregation,cultural innovation and cultural sharing.Meanwhile,the construction of the University Town has brought a large number of population mobility and changed the consumption structure of consumers.Finally,the construction of university town has also increased employment opportunities,improved transportation facilities and promoted real estate construction.
