摘　　要：针对长三角一体化背景下创新创业合作研究现状,提出创新创业合作机制研究存在的亟待解决的理论和实际问题,全面剖析长三角背景下创新创业合作的现状和基础,分析所属地区创新创业合作在体制机制、机制协调、资源共享和区域协同方面存在的主要问题,为“长三角一体化”背景下实现创新创业整体水平提升与经济增长的双赢提供决策依据和有益参考。On account of the research status of innovation and entrepreneurship cooperation under the background of the Yangtze River Delta integration,this paper puts forward the theoretical and practical problems to be solved urgently in the research of innovation and entrepreneurship cooperation mechanism,comprehensively analyzes the current situation and basis of innovation and entrepreneurship cooperation under the background of the Yangtze River Delta.Furthermore,this paper analyzes the main problems of regional innovation and entrepreneurship cooperation in system mechanism,mechanism coordination,resource sharing and regional coordination,so as to provide decision basis and benefi cial reference for realizing the win-win of the growth of over level of innovation and entrepreneurship and the growth of economy under the background of“Yangtze River Delta integration”.
