摘  要:目的:研究上肢机器人训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢运动功能的影响。方法:选取40例脑卒中偏瘫患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组予以常规的康复训练,研究组在常规康复训练基础上结合上肢机器人训练。两组均连续训练4周。治疗前、后分别采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表上肢部分(FMA-UE)以及Barthel指数(BI)评定患者上肢运动功能及日常生活能力。结果:两组病例康复训练后的Barthel指数评分均有显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组患者的Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表上肢部分评分显著增高(P<0.05)。结论:上肢机器人训练可有效提高脑卒中偏瘫患者的上肢运动功能和运动质量。Objective:To explore the effect of upper limb motor function training for stroke hemiplegic patients.Methods:40 patients with stroke hemiplegia were randomly divided into study group and control group,20 cases each.The control group was given routine rehabilitation training,and the study group was given routine rehabilitation training combined with upper limb robot training for 30 minutes.Both groups were continuously trained for 4 weeks and 5 d/weeks.The upper limb part(FMA-UE)and the Barthel index(BI)were used to evaluate the upper limb motor function and daily life ability before and after treatment.Results:The upper limb score of the Fugl-Meyer motor function scale in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After training,the Barthel index score of the two groups was significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:Stroke hemiplegic patients combined with upper limb robot training on the basis of routine rehabilitation training can improve the upper limb motor function and exercise quality of hemiplegic patients and improve their daily life ability.
