摘　　要：泄泻是小儿常见的消化系统疾病之一,临床上是以大便次数增多,粪质稀薄,甚至如水样为特征,好发于夏秋两季,常见于湿热泻。作者探讨孙安达教授治疗小儿湿热泻的临床经验和独特见解,其以三清法联合止泻五穴为主,但为避免伤阴,常配伍健脾养阴的穴位,使患儿阴阳调和,以达到标本兼治的目的,临床疗效显著,附医案一则,以资验证。Diarrhea is one of the common diseases of the digestive system in children.Clinically,it is characterized by an increased number of stools,thin feces,or even watery feces.It usually occurs in summer and autumn,and is commonly seen in dampness-heat diarrhea.The author discussed professor sun da da's clinical experience and unique insight in treating children with dampness-heat diarrhea,the method of sanqing combined with five acupoints to stop diarrhea is the main method,but in order to avoid injuring Yin,often combined with the acupoints of strengthening spleen and nourishing Yin,so that the Yin and Yang of children can be harmonious,so as to achieve the purpose of treating both symptoms and root causes,the clinical effect is remarkable,a medical case is attached for verification.
