摘　　要：该文基于经济高质量发展内涵,利用2007—2018年长江经济带108个地级市面板数据,采用SYS-GMM模型和动态面板门槛模型,探究金融发展与经济高质量之间关系。结果表明:(1)长江经济带下游地区城市经济高质量发展水平最高,其次为全流域城市、中游地区城市和上游地区城市。(2)经济高质量发展具有惯性,从下游地区到上游地区依次递减。(3)金融发展对长江经济带不同区域城市经济高质量发展的影响不同:贷款的促进作用在下游地区最为明显,中游地区最弱;存款在全流域城市和下游地区城市呈现阻碍作用,在中游和上游地区城市影响不显著。(4)二者之间的非线性关系方面:无论是贷款还是存款为门槛变量,长江经济带各区域都存在单门槛效应。贷款对于经济高质量发展的影响呈边际递减趋势,保持适度的存款规模有利于经济高质量发展。Based on the connotation of high-quality economic development,this paper uses the panel data of 108 prefecture-level cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2007 to 2018 and uses SYS-GMM model and dynamic panel threshold model to explore the relationship between financial development and high-quality economy.The results show that:(1)the high-quality development level of these cities in the lower reaches of the belt is the highest,followed by the cities in the whole basin,the middle reaches and the upper reaches;(2)high-quality economic development has inertia,decreasing from the downstream to the upstream;(3)the impact of financial development on the high-quality economic development of cities in different regions of the belt is different:the promotion effect of loans is the most obvious in the lower reaches,and the weakest in the middle reaches;Deposits in the whole basin cities and downstream cities show a hindrance effect,while in the middle and upstream cities the impact is not significant;(4)about the nonlinear relationship between the two:whether loans or deposits as the threshold variable,there is a single threshold effect in each region of the belt.The impact of loans on high-quality economic development shows a marginal decreasing trend and maintaining a moderate deposit scale is conducive to high-quality economic development.Therefore,it is very important to optimize the allocation of financial resources.
