摘　　要：随着电力需求越来越大,电网结构越来越复杂,为保障电网负荷波动时的电能质量,并联电容器组作为常用无功补偿装置,投切频率越来越高,然而中、低压电网目前常采用真空断路器进行投切,容易出现合闸涌流及操作过电压等现象,严重影响电网安全稳定运行。以相控断路器的工作原理出发,阐述了相控开关抑制合闸涌流和过电压的优势,并以省内某变电站相控断路器改造为背景,通过现场试验验证,证明了相控开关能有效抑制涌流及过电压,可以避免因此对设备造成的危害,能够满足电网对安全、稳定、经济运行的要求。Demand for electricity is increasing and grid structures become more and more complex. In order to ensure the power quality of the grid when the load fluctuates,shunt capacitor bank,as a common reactive power compensation device has higher and higher switching frequency. However,vacuum circuit breakers are often used in medium and low voltage power grid for switching on and off,which is prone to closing inrush current and operating overvoltage,and seriously affects the safe and stable operation of the power grid. This paper starts with the working principle of phase control circuit breaker to expound the advantages of the phase control switch in suppressing the closing inrush current and overvoltage,and then takes the transformation of phase control circuit breaker in a substation in the province as the background,and employs the field test to verify that the phase control switch can effectively suppress inrush current and overvoltage,avoid the harm to equipment,and meet the requirements of safe,stable and economic operation of power grid.
