摘　　要：运用有限元法和理论分析法,从荷载应力和温度应力2个角度研究了装配式水泥混凝土路面板的平面尺寸,并给出了装配式水泥路面板平面尺寸的推荐值。结果表明:当考虑面层扩散荷载作用时,板块的平面尺寸应大于2.5 m×2.5 m;在活动区长度内,考虑温度胀缩应力,板的平面尺寸应小于20 m;翘曲应力在宽度和长度超过8倍刚度半径后基本不变,路面板尺寸不宜超过6 m;综合荷载和温度作用,装配式水泥混凝土路面板的平面尺寸推荐值宜为2.5~6 m。研究成果可为装配式水泥混凝土铺面板平面尺寸的选择提供参考。This paper applied the finite element method and theoretical method to study the slab plane size of precast cement concrete pavement(PCCP)according to load stress and temperature stress.Meanwhile,the plane size was suggested for PCCP.The results show that the plane size of the plate should be greater than 2.5 m×2.5 m when the surface diffusion load is considered and the plane size of the slab should be less than 20 m within the length of the active area,considering the temperature expansion and contraction stress.Besides,the results show that the curling stress is basically unchanged after the width and length exceed 8 times the stiffness radius,and the size of road slab should not exceed 6 m.Finally,the recommended plane size of PCCP should be 2.5~6 m due to comprehensive load and temperature stress.The research can provide a reference for the selection of plane size of PCCP.
