摘　　要：高层建筑外墙面作为建筑外观装饰施工的集中体现,对建筑的整体美观程度有直接的影响。而在实际的高层建筑外墙施工中,常由于工序操作不当以及施工作业人员安全意识不足,导致高层建筑外墙的脱落现象,轻则影响建筑的美观性,重则可能引发安全事故,对周围居民的生命安全带来严重威胁。因此,在高层建筑施工过程中,应关注外墙面砖脱落安全隐患问题,并采取适宜的改进措施,逐步提升外墙面施工质量。论文研究了外墙面砖脱落的原因,从施工工艺控制和管理2个角度研究了如何强化质量控制,解决安全隐患。As the concentrated embodiment of building appearance decoration construction,the outer wall of high-rise building has a direct impact on the overall beauty of the building.In the actual construction of the outer wall of high-rise buildings,due to improper process operation and insufficient safety awareness of construction workers,it is very likely to cause the peeling off of the exterior walls of high-rise buildings,which may affect the beauty of the building,or cause safety accidents,and pose a serious threat to the life safety of surrounding residents.Therefore,during the construction of high-rise buildings,we should pay attention to the potential safety hazards of falling off of exterior wall tiles,and take appropriate improvement measures to gradually improve the construction quality of exterior wall.This paper studies the reasons for the falling off of exterior wall tiles,and studies how to strengthen quality control and solve potential safety hazards from the perspectives of construction process control and management.
