摘　　要：6.25 m捣固型焦炉是现阶段国内焦化企业常用的一种捣固型焦炉,其组成装置包括捣固机、拦焦车、推焦车、液压交换机等。为了响应节能减排号召和满足环境保护要求,需要对现行的6.25 m捣固型焦炉设备进行优化改进,达到节能提效的目的。文章以某焦化厂6.25 m捣固型焦炉设备为例,首先,介绍设备的基本组成以及各部分的主要参数;其次,选择拦焦车、煤槽侧壁支架、装煤车捣固煤箱3部分,简要概述了优化改进的内容。最后,基于推焦杆的机械疲劳问题,在分析机械振动原因的基础上,提出了相应的减震措施,为延长推焦杆的使用寿命、改良焦炉设备性能提供了一定的帮助。The 6.25 m tamping coke oven is a kind of tamping coke oven commonly used by domestic coking companies at this stage.Its components include a tamping machine,a coke blocking car,a coke pushing car,and a hydraulic switch.In order to respond to the call for energy saving and emission reduction and meet the requirements of environmental protection,it is necessary to optimize and improve the existing 6.25 m tamping coke oven equipment to achieve the purpose of energy saving and efficiency improvement.This article takes the 6.25 m tamping coke oven equipment of a coking plant as an example.First,it introduces the basic composition of the equipment and the main parameters of each part;then selects the coke car,the sidewall support of the coal trough,and the coal loading car to tamping the coal box 3 Section,a brief overview of the optimization and improvement content.Finally,based on the mechanical fatigue problem of the coke pushing rod,and on the basis of analyzing the reasons of mechanical vibration,corresponding shock absorption measures are proposed,which provide certain help for extending the service life of the coke pushing rod and improving the performance of the coke oven equipment.
