摘　　要：某电厂汽轮发电机组通流改造更换的新转子在出厂前进行的高速动平衡试验高标准完成,机组整套启动后轴系振动较好,振动值全部控制在国标规定的优秀范围内,机组启动一次冲转成功,一次并网成功,实现了零次动平衡启动的目标。The new rotor of a steam turbine generator unit was completed with high standard,the whole set of shaft vibration is good,the vibration value is controlled within the excellent range stipulated in the national standard,the unit started a successful rush,and a successful grid connection,realizing the goal of zero dynamic balance start.
