摘　　要：针对在输煤设备管理中因巡检工作不到位、人工检测能力和效率低下、检测数据有偏差,而造成输煤设备故障隐患,会导致企业遭受重大经济损失的情况,要根据设备运行规律在巡检过程中针对具体问题进行具体分析。基于物联网技术,将通信技术和自动识别技术应用到输煤设备的巡检管理系统中,保障设备运行在同一局域网中,对硬件设备和软件系统进行升级优化,促使形成有序的数据反馈体系,从而满足输煤设备巡检要求,从而降低设备故障发生的概率,提高输煤设备管理水平。In view of the potential failure of coal handling equipment in the management of coal handling equipment due to inadequate inspection work,low manual detection ability and efficiency,and deviation of detection data,which will lead to major economic losses to the enterprise,it is necessary to make a specific analysis on specific problems in the inspection process according to the equipment operation law.Based on the Internet of things technology,communication technology and automatic identification technology are applied to the inspection management system of coal handling equipment to ensure that the equipment runs in the same LAN,upgrade and optimize the hardware equipment and software system,and promote the formation of an orderly data feedback system,so as to meet the inspection requirements of coal handling equipment and reduce the probability of equipment failure,Improve the management level of coal handling equipment.
