摘　　要：目前,由于基础工作的较为薄弱,港口机械设备的管理工作面临着较大的阻力。如机械设备的润滑管理工作中由于管理模式和方案的不足,导致设备在使用的过程中存在一定的安全隐患。因此,为了对港口机械设备的润滑工作进行有效的管理,要准确找出问题的根本所在,才能针对性的提出相应的解决方案,提高港口机械设备润滑管理工作的效率,为港口机械设备的生产和运行奠定基础。At present,due to the relatively weak basic work,the management of port mechanical equipment is facing great resistance.For example,due to the insufficient management mode and scheme in the lubrication management of mechanical equipment,there are certain safety risks in the process of using the equipment.Therefore,in order to effectively manage the lubrication work of the port machinery and equipment,it is necessary to accurately find out the root part of the problem,so as to put forward the corresponding solutions targeted at it,improve the efficiency of the lubrication management work of the port machinery and equipment,and lay a foundation for the production and operation of the port machinery and equipment.
