优质护理联合心理护理对眼外伤急诊手术患者负性情绪及护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理联合心理护理对眼外伤急诊手术患者负性情绪及护理满意度的影响。方法选取接受急诊手术治疗的80例眼外伤患者进行研究,采用随机数表法分组。对照组(40例)开展常规护理,观察组(40例)开展优质护理与心理护理。对比分析两组患者心理状态、恐惧程度、疼痛程度、依从性、生活质量及护理满意度。结果护理后观察组HAMD、HAMA评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组护理后FAVS、VAS评分明显更低(P<0.05);护理后观察组依从性评分相比对照组明显更高(P<0.05);护理后观察组生活质量各项评分均比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度(95.00%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对眼外伤急诊手术患者开展优质护理和心理护理联合护理,可减轻其不良情绪恐惧和疼痛感,还能在一定程度上提高患者的治疗依从性及生活质量,有助于进一步提高患者对护理的满意度。Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing combined with psychological nursing on negative emotion score and nursing satisfaction of eye trauma patients undergoing emergency operation.Methods A total of 80 patients with ocular trauma who received emergency surgical treatment for the study,and were grouped by random number table.Control group(40 cases)carried out high-routine nursing,observation group(40 cases)carried out high-quality nursing and psychological nursing.The adverse psychological state,degree of fear,degree of pain,compliance,quality of life and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The HAMD and HAMA scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,FAVS and VAS scores were significantly lower in the observation group after nursing(P<0.05).The compliance score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of observation group(95.00%)was significantly higher than that of control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of high-quality nursing and psychological nursing for patients with eye trauma emergency surgery can reduce their negative emotions,fear and pain,and improve their treatment compliance and quality of life to a certain extent,and help to further improve the satisfaction rate of patients with nursing.
