摘　　要：目的探究不同剂量米非司酮治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血的效果。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月来我院治疗的80例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者,随机分成观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组采用小剂量(6.25 mg/d)米非司酮治疗,观察组采用大剂量(12.50 mg/d)米非司酮治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率95.00%(38/40)高于对照组的72.50%(29/40)(P<0.05)。观察组的FSH、LH、E_(2)、P水平都低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者中,2例有恶心现象,1例胃部有不适感,2例有头晕现象,不良反应率为12.50%(5/40)。对照组患者中,3例有恶心现象,3例胃部出现不适,2例有头晕现象,对照组不良反应率为20.00%(8/40),差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论应用剂量为12.50 mg/d的米非司酮口服治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血,效果突出,值得推广。Objective To investigate the efficacy of mifepristone in the treatment of perimenopausal functional uterine hemorrhage.Methods Eighty patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine hemorrhage who came to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 40 cases.The control group was treated with a small dose of mifepristone(6.25 mg/d),and the observation group was treated with a large dose of mifepristone(12.50 mg/d),and the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of 95.00%(38/40)in the observation group was higher than that of the control group of 72.50%(29/40)(P<0.05).The FSH,LH,E_(2) and P levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Among the patients in the observation group,2 had nausea,1 had stomach discomfort,and 2 had dizziness.The adverse reaction rate was 12.50%(5/40).Among the control group,3 patients had nausea,3 had stomach discomfort,and 2 had dizziness.The adverse reaction rate in the control group was 20.00%(8/40)and there was no significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The oral administration of mifepristone at dose 12.50 mg/d for perimenopausal functional uterine hemorrhage is effective and worthy of promotion.
