摘　　要：目的总结经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术患者的术中护理配合方法与效果,为手术护理工作提供参考。方法选择我院2019年8月至2020年2月收治的肾结石患者(n=86),在经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗的基础上进行随机分组护理,对照组与观察组各43例。对照组肾结石患者采取手术常规护理,观察组肾结石患者采取手术室护理干预,比较两组手术患者的护理满意度、生活质量、术后并发症、疼痛评分。结果观察组术后出血、引流不畅等并发症发生率及VAS评分明显低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组护理满意度、生活质量评分明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术配合手术室护理干预可以在提高护理效率的基础上提高患者的满意度、手术安全性、生活质量,护理效果显著。Objective To summarize the methods and effects of intraoperative nursing cooperation in patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy with pneumatic ballastic lithotripsy,and to provide references for surgical nursing work.Methods Patients with kidney stones(n=86)admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to February 2020 were randomly assigned to nursing on the basis of percutaneous nephrolithotripsy.There were 43 cases in the control group and the observation group respectively.Patients with kidney stones in the control group received routine nursing operation,while patients with kidney stones in the observation group received operating room nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction,quality of life,postoperative complications and pain scores of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of postoperative bleeding,poor drainage and other complications and the VAS score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with operating room nursing intervention can improve patients'satisfaction,surgical safety and quality of life on the basis of improving nursing efficiency.
