舒适护理在老年慢性胆囊炎患者围手术期护理中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在老年慢性胆囊炎患者围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法以2019年7月至2020年7月收治的68例老年慢性胆囊炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将68例患者纳入到两个不同研究小组,即试验组和对照组,每组34例患者,分别实施舒适护理、常规护理,对比患者护理效果。结果两组临床疗效对比有差异(P<0.05),观察组总有效率为97.06%,对照组总有效率为79.41%,且两组患者手术护理指标对比有差异(P<0.05);观察组在术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间以及抗生素使用时间方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论研究证实,老年慢性胆囊炎患者围手术期护理中实施舒适护理价值显著,可将其推广到临床。Objective To explore the application effect of comfort nursing in the perioperative nursing of elderly patients with chronic cholecystitis.Methods Taking 68 elderly patients with chronic cholecystitis treated from July 2019 to July 2020 as the research object,68 patients were included in two different research groups,namely experimental group and control group,with 34 patients in each group.Different nursing guidance was implemented to compare the nursing effects of patients,and observe the clinical efficacy and surgical nursing indicators.Results There were differences in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.06%and that of the control group was 79.41%.There were differences in surgical nursing indexes between the two groups(P<0.05).The observation group was better than the control group in intraoperative bleeding,operation time,hospitalization time stay and antibiotic use time.Conclusion The study confirmed that the implementation of comfortable care is significant in elderly patients,which can be extended to clinical practice.
