摘　　要：法律的生命在于实施,民法典实施在社会治理中的重要作用极为重要。专家们认为,应当以民法典为分析框架,来构建民法理论体系和话语体系,民法典对于自媒体、电子商务和房地产市场的有效治理发挥着重要的作用,也为未来环境法典的编纂和知识产权基本法的制定提供了制度基础。在价值引领上,民法典的诚实信用原则能够在案件裁判和民法教学中落实诚信价值观,民法典的平等、自由原则也为商法的发展提供了更广阔的制度空间。在制度供给上,民法典有关担保制度的新规为良好营商环境的打造提供了支撑,同时农村宅基地和承包地“三权分置”改革也在实践中推进,个人信息保护法将民法典对个人信息的保护进一步细化落实。The life of the law lies in its implementation,and the implementation of the Civil Code plays an important role in social governance.Experts believe that the civil code should be used as the analytical framework to construct the theoretical system and discourse system of civil law.The Civil Code plays an important role in the effective governance of the self-media,e-commerce and real estate market,and also provides an institutional basis for the compilation of environmental code and the formulation of Basic Law of Intellectual Property Rights in the future.In terms of value guidance,the principle of good faith in the Civil Code can implement the value of good faith in case judgments and civil law teaching.The principles of equality and freedom in the Civil Code also provide a broader institutional space for the development of commercial law.In terms of system supply,the new provisions of the Civil Code related to the guarantee system provide support for the creation of a good business environment.At the same time,the reform of the“separation of three rights”of rural homestead and contracted land is also being promoted in practice.The Personal Information Protection Law further implements the protection of personal information in the Civil Code.
