摘　　要：在工业就业总规模逐年下降的背景下,探索工业行业就业分布和就业效率的影响因素对于促进高质量及充分就业具有重要的现实意义。对生产理论中的生产要素需求模型形式进行了拓展,并据此分析各行业对劳动要素的投入需求弹性和效率的决定因素及变化情况。实证结果显示,产出扩张和投资对于维持工业就业稳定至关重要;研究还发现中国工业平均就业效率水平不高且整体未呈现随时间推移改善特征,因此在面临不确定的风险冲击时,有可能面临就业压力。With the gradual decline of total industrial employment,exploring the determinants and impacts of industrial employment distribution and employment efficiency is of great practical significance for promoting and stabilizing industrial employment.In the paper,the appropriate forms of factor demand model were tested and an elastic analysis of various influencing factors of industrial factor demand of labour was conducted.The empirical results show that output expansion and new investment are essential to maintaining the stability of industrial employment.The overall industrial employment status is not so highly efficient,and employment efficiency varies significantly among industries.Therefore,in face of an uncertain economic fluctuation,structural unemployment problems may arise.
