摘　　要：心理资本是个体成长和发展中所表现出来的积极心理资源。在我国从制造大国向制造强国转变的战略背景下,高端技能型人才不仅需要技术过硬,更需要强大的心理资本提供动力。作为高端技能型后备人才的高职院校学生,提升其心理资本既是国家发展战略转型的需要,也是个体综合实力提升的需要。国家层面要进行顶层设计,营造有利于技能型人才发展的大环境大氛围;高职院校要发挥好育人的主渠道作用;高端技能型后备人才个体激发自身内生动力是心理资本提升的关键。Psychological capital is the positive psychological resources in individual growth and development.Under the strategic background of China s transformation from a manufacturing power to a manufacturing power,high skilled talents need technical proficiency and strong psychological capital to provide motivation.As high skilled reserve talents,the students of higher vocational college should improve their psychological capital,which is not only the strategic need of national transformation and development,but also the need of individual improvement of comprehensive strength.The top-level design should be carried out at the national level to create an environment conducive to the development of skilled talents.Higher vocational colleges play the role of the main channel of education.The key to the improvement of psychological capital is to stimulate the endogenous motivation of high skilled reserve talents.
