摘  要:试验研究日粮中添加不同含量的β-1,3/1,6-葡聚糖对黄羽肉鸡生长性能、免疫器官指数、血清生化指标和肠道形态的影响。选择420只1日龄黄羽肉鸡,随机分为7组,每组4个重复,每个重复15只。对照组肉鸡饲喂基础日粮,抗生素组在基础日粮中添加0.2 g/kg泰乐菌素,β1组、β2组、β3组、β4组、β5组分别在日粮中添加1.00、1.25、1.50、1.75、2.00 g/kg的β-1,3/1,6-葡聚糖。试验期28 d。结果显示,与对照组及抗生素组相比,各β-1,3/1,6-葡聚糖组肉鸡的生长性能及免疫器官指数均无显著差异(P>0.05),各β-1,3/1,6-葡聚糖组肉鸡的肠道生长发育变化不明显。与对照组相比,β2组肉鸡的十二指肠、空肠和回肠的绒毛高度(VH)、隐窝深度(CD)均显著提高(P<0.05);β2组肉鸡血清中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、胆固醇(TC)、胰高血糖素(GC)含量显著提高(P<0.05),甘油三酯(TG)、生长激素(GH)、葡萄糖(GLU)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、胰岛素(INS)、皮质醇(Cor)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,在黄羽肉鸡日粮中添加1.25 g/kg的β-1,3/1,6-葡聚糖效果较优。The experiment studied the effect of β-1,3/1,6-glucan on growth performance, immune organ index, serum biochemical indicators and intestinal morphology in the diet of yellow feather broilers. 420 one-day-old yellow feather broilers were randomly divided into seven groups, with four replicates in each group and 15 broilers in each replicate. The broilers in control group were fed with basal diet, and the broilers in antibiotic group were supplemented with 0.2 g/kg tylosin in basal diet. The broilers in group β1, β2, β3, β4, β5 were supplemnted with 1.00, 1.25, 1.50, 1.75, 2.00 g/kgβ-1,3/1,6-glucan, respectively. The expriment lasted for 28 d. The results showed that compared with the control group and the antibiotic group, the growth performance and immune organ index of each β-1,3/1,6-glucan supplementation group were not significantly different(P>0.05), the growth and development of the intestinal tract in each β-1,3/1,6-glucan supplementation group did not change significantly. Compared with the control group, the villus height(VH) and crypt depth(CD) of the duodenum, jejunum and ileum in group β2 were significantly increased(P<0.05). The serum levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA), cholesterol(TC) and glucagon(GC) in broilers of group β2 increased significantly(P<0.05),the levels of triacylglycerol(TG), growth hormone(GH), glucose(GLU), high-density lipoprotein(HDL), insulin(INS),and cortisol(Cor) were significantly reduced(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that adding 1.25 g/kg β-1,3/1,6-glucan to the diet of broilers has the best effect.
