破冰弹破-爆型串联战斗部前级对后级装药干扰的影响研究

摘  要:由于黄河封开河时期容易产生冰塞冰坝,造成水位上涨,有可能形成凌汛灾害,对此研制了一种采用破-爆型串联战斗部的无人机载破冰弹。本文采用有限元分析方法,对串联战斗部前级成型装药爆破后影响后级随进药包的过程以及不同装药级间距下前级成形装药对后级随进药包的影响进行仿真分析。仿真分析的结果为,两级间距在12 cm,可以避免随进药爆轰的危险,能满足破冰动能要求,为后续无人机载破冰弹的研制提供了理论设计依据。Due to the formation of ice jam and ice dam during the opening period of Yellow River,which will lead to the rise of water level and the possibility of ice flood disaster,an unmanned airborne ice-breaking bomb was developed.Since the blasting of the front stage of the tandem warhead will inevitably affect the rear stage charges,this paper adopted the finite element analysis method to affect the front stage forming charge process and the lower front stage forming with different charge stage spacing.Simulation analysis was carried out on the influence of the charge on the subsequent stage with the feed package.Through simulation analysis,the two-stage spacing is 12 cm,which can avoid the danger of explosive detonation with the charge,and can meet the kinetic energy requirements for icebreaking,providing a theoretical design basis for the subsequent development of UAV-borne icebreaking bombs.
