摘 要:为提高大口径舰炮供弹系统可靠性,建立了考虑分段弹性特征的储运单元动力学模型,运用平均法求解储运单元幅频特性,算例表明:储运单元频响函数呈现较强非线性特征,一定条件下强迫运动可能会使炮弹产生振幅跳跃现象,影响供弹可靠性。本文的研究成果对大口径舰炮供弹系统力学环境优化,提高供弹系统可靠性和弹药安全性有借鉴意义。For the purpose of improving reliability of ammunition feeding system of large caliber naval gun,we established a dynamic model of storage and transportation unit considering piecewise elastic characteristics,and the amplitude frequency characteristics of storage and transportation unit were obtained by using the average method.The calculation example shows that the frequency response function of storage and transportation unit presents strong nonlinear characteristics,and the forced motion may cause the amplitude jump of shell under certain conditions,it is an important factor affecting the reliability of ammunition supply.The research results of this paper can be used for reference to optimize the mechanical environment of large caliber naval gun ammunition supply system and improve the reliability of ammunition supply system and ammunition safety.
