摘  要:针对球差的存在影响成像质量,使成像模糊,提出了利用已有的实验装置测量球差、采用光线追迹光学理论和最小二乘法处理球差数据获得结构参数,消除球差的影响。再用Mathematic软件进行编程拟合,拟合结果与虚拟的单透镜结构参数符合。The existence of spherical aberration will affect the image quality and make the image blurred,so aspherical aberration must be considered in the optical design,and spherical aberration exists in any optical system.The influence of spherical aberration can only be eliminated by using spherical aberration to obtain structural parameters.A method was proposed to use the existing experimental basis to measure spherical aberration,use ray tracing optics theory and the least square method to process spherical aberration data to obtain structural parameters.Then we usedmathematic software to perform simple programming fitting,and the fitting results are in good agreement with the virtual single lens structure parameters.
