摘 要:应用数值模拟方法生成具有各向异性特征的三维纹理表面,选取某轴承滚珠与滚道的接触副工况,建立了考虑粗糙表面的等温弹流润滑方程组,采用多重网格法求解数值解。研究了不同方向的纹理特性对等温弹流润滑的影响和油膜厚度与压力变化,结果表明:纹理表面对等温弹流润滑的影响与其纹理方向有关,对垂直于纹理方向的油膜压力与厚度影响更大;纹理特性越明显,弹流润滑形成的油膜压力与厚度的波动越大。For the influence of anisotropic rough surface on elastohydrodynamic lubrication,the rough surface with texture characteristics was numerically simulated.We selected the ball and raceway contact pair of a bearing,and the isothermal elastohydrodynamic Lubrication equations considering rough surface were established and the numerical solution was solved by multi grid method.The changes of oil film thickness and pressure in isothermal elastohydrodynamic Lubrication under different texture characteristics were studied.The results show that the effect of textured surface on isothermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication is greater on the oil film pressure and thickness perpendicular to the texture direction,and the more obvious the texture characteristics,the greater the fluctuation of oil film pressure and thickness formed by elastohydrodynamic lubrication.
