摘 要:伴随着中压变频器国产化研究的深入开展,运用热仿真技术进行产品可靠性设计,对于提高制造关键装备技术水平有着重要的意义。以大功率高压变频器单元设计为例,通过高压变频器功率单元的传热模型和散热路径分析,基于ANSYS 16.0平台进行了变频器冷却系统数学模型建立和仿真模拟,以确保变频器功率单元热设计方案的可靠性,并在具体产品中进得到了实践验证,可为相关产品热设计工作的开展提供参考。With the development of research on China′s medium voltage inverters,the use of thermal simulation technology for product reliability design is of great significance for improving the technical level of key equipment.Taking the design of high-power high-voltage converter unit as an example,through the analysis of heat transfer model and heat dissipation path of high-voltage converter power unit,the mathematical model of converter cooling system is established and simulated based on ANSYS 16.0 platform,so as to ensure the reliability of thermal design scheme of converter power unit.It has been verified in practice in specific products,which can provide reference for the thermal design of related products.
