摘 要:GIS设备在设计、制造、安装和运行维护时会产生固体粉末,固体粉末中存在金属颗粒时会对GIS设备的安全稳定运行造成较大隐患,因此对GIS设备固体粉末中金属异物进行检测具有重要意义。利用太赫兹时域光谱技术对环氧树脂、硅橡胶、陶瓷及其混合物进行了实验测量,获得了四组样品的时域、频域、吸收光谱和折射率。在此基础上,分别在这四组绝缘材料样品中加入铜粉末,并利用太赫兹时域光谱技术得到添加铜粉末后样品的时域、频域、吸收光谱和折射率。实验结果表明,在绝缘材料中添加铜粉末后,材料的时域、频域、吸收系数和折射率都有明显变化。通过太赫兹技术可快速准确地检测出GIS设备固体粉末中是否存在金属异物,进而保障电网的安全运行。GIS equipment will produce solid powder during the design,manufacturing,installation,operation and maintenance.The presence of metal particles in the powder will cause greater hidden dangers to the safe and stable operation of the GIS equipment.Therefore,it is of great significance to detect metal foreign objects in the solid powder of GIS equipment.Using terahertz time-domain spectroscopy technology,the three insulating materials of epoxy resin,silicon rubber,ceramics and the mixture of the three materials were measured,and the time domain,frequency domain,absorption spectrum and refractive index of four groups of samples were obtained.On this basis,copper powder was added to the four groups of insulating material samples,and the time domain,frequency domain,absorption spectrum and refractive index of the samples after adding copper powder were obtained by using the terahertz time domain spectroscopy technique.The experimental results show that after adding copper powder to the insulating material,the time domain,frequency domain,absorption coefficient and refractive index of the material all change significantly.The terahertz technology can quickly and accurately detect whether there are metal foreign bodies in the solid powder of the GIS equipment,thereby ensuring the safe operation of the power grid.
