执政党应不断提高政治判断力政治领悟力和政治执行力  

The Ruling Party’s Continuous Improvement of Its Capacity in Political Judgment,Political Understanding and Political Execution

摘　　要：新时代,中国共产党需要不断提高执政能力,包括政治判断力、政治领悟力和政治执行力。提高政治判断力,就是要提高分析判断国际形势发展变化的能力、抓住我国主要矛盾和经济社会发展面临主要问题的能力、全面分析执政党自身优势与不足的能力。执政党需要不断提高政治领悟力,即我们对马克思主义和中国特色社会主义的领悟力、对党的路线方针政策的领悟力、对中央重大决策的领悟力。执政党需要不断提高政治执行力,即提升执行的责任意识,严明执行纪律,健全执行体制机制,加强执行监督。In the new era,the Communist Party of China should improve its capacity in political judgment,political understanding and political execution.To improve its capacity in political judgment means improving the Party’s capacity to judge the development and change of international relationships,grasping the major contradictions and issues in economic and social development and analyzing the merits and demerits of the ruling Party.The ruling Party should improve its capacity in political understanding,namely understanding Marxism and socialism with Chinese characteristics,understanding the Party’s policies and major decisions by the Central Committee.To improve the ruling Party’s capacity in political execution means improving its responsibility awareness,consolidating discipline,establishing mechanism and monitoring the process of execution.
