摘　　要：文章采用社会网络分析方法,对2014-2018年中国沪深A股制造业上市企业前五名供应商和客户信息进行了分析,研究了供应网络位置对企业技术创新的经济后果、作用机制以及管理层能力的调节作用.实证检验表明:在供应网络中位于网络中心位置会助力企业技术创新.其作用机制在于:越靠近网络中心性位置,企业的融资约束降低,经营风险下降,两者共同助力了技术创新.但对处于结构洞丰富位置时,可能由于网络成员较分散,反而失去了治理合作伙伴机会主义行为的有效机制,阻碍了企业技术创新.基于管理层能力进一步分析发现,管理层能力可以通过改变企业内部知识的搭配与促进知识融合,进而提升技术创新,但这种调节效应也只发生在企业处于网络中心性位置.Using social network analysis,in this paper the supplier and customer information of the top five Chinese listed manufacturing firms in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-Shares from 2014 to 2018 in analyzed.Based on this information,the moderating role of management capability on the effect of location in the supply network on firm technological innovation is investigated in terms of economic consequences and action mechanism.The results of empirical tests show that being located at the center of the network in the supply network will help a firm’s technological innovation.The mechanism is that the closer a firm is to the centrality of the network,the lower its financing constraint and the lower its business risk,both of which together contribute to technological innovation.However,when a firm is located where the supply network is rich in structural holes,the effective mechanism of governing the opportunistic behavior of partners is lost,possibly because the network members are dispersed,hindering technological innovation.Further analysis based on management capabilities reveals that management capabilities can enhance technological innovation by changing the mix of knowledge and promoting knowledge integration within a firm,but this moderating effect only occurs when the firm is at a network centrality position.
