摘  要:以五份披碱草属牧草种质为材料,对其8个生物学特性及生物量进行研究分析,以期为新品种选育及种植利用提供依据。结果表明:供试材料农艺性状的表现存在较大变异,变异系数为6.55%~21.25%,其中节间长度、茎节数、花序长、叶片数量的变异系数较高,各性状在参试材料间差异显著;主成分分析结果显示,前3个主成分累积贡献率达80.92%,反映了总体数据的大部分信息;隶属函数分析表明,老芒麦新品系、圆柱披碱草在各供试材料中表现较优,是新品种选育和种植利用的优异种质资源。Eight biological characteristics and biomass of five species in Elymus L.were studied and analyzed in order to provide references for the new vanety breeding and cultivation.The results showed that the agronomic traits of tested materials were extensively variated,the coefficient of variation ranged from 6.55%to 21.25%.The internode length,stem nodes number,inflorescence length,and leaves number had higher coefficient of variation.The agronomic traits among the tested materials were significantly different.The principal component analysis showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the first three principal components reached 80.92%,reflecting most of the information of the overall data.The analysis of membership functions showed that the new hybrid of E.sibilicus and E.cylindricus performance better than the other three varieties,and was an excellent germplasm resource for the breeding and vtilization of Elymus.
