摘 要:为了探究降水对短花针茅荒漠草原土壤养分的影响,在内蒙古四子王旗荒漠草原采用完全随机区组设计开展了模拟降水试验,试验设4个不同模拟降水梯度(减少自然降水50%、自然降水、增加自然降水50%和增加自然降水100%),在不同水分梯度下用直径3.5cm土钻钻取表层土样,测定土壤养分(全碳、全氮、全钾、全磷、有机碳、铵态氮、硝态氮、速效钾和速效磷)含量。结果表明:随着降水量的增加,土壤有机碳、全碳、全氮和硝态氮的含量呈显著降低趋势(P<0.05);减少降水能够使土壤养分积累;过高的降水量会导致土壤养分淋溶,造成养分流失;降水处理对土壤钾元素和磷元素含量没有显著性影响。To study the effects of precipitation on soil nutrients in desert steppe,the experiment of increasing and decreasing precipitation was carried out in the desert grassland of Siziwang Banner,Inner Mongolia.The experiment was a completely random block design.Four different simulated precipitation gradients(reduce natural precipitation by 50%,natural precipitation,increase natural precipitation by 50%and increase natural precipitation by 100%)were set.Surface soil samples were extracted with a 3.5cm diameter soil drill under different precipitation treatments to determin of soil nutrients content(total carbon,total nitrogen,total potassium,total phosphorus,organic carbon,ammonium nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,available potassium and available phosphorus).The results showed that:the contents of soil organic carbon,total carbon,total nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen decreased significantly with the increase of precipitation(P<0.05).Reducing precipitation alloweds soil nutrients to accumulate.High precipitation would lead to soil nutrient leaching,resulting in nutrient loss.Precipitation treatment had no significant effect on soil K and P contents.
