摘 要:为了评价空腹式拱桥在荷载作用下的受力状况和工作性能,通过荷载试验与有限元分析对桥梁承载力进行评定。静载试验是在偏载和中载的作用下主拱圈各断面测点应力和位移值的测试;动载试验是通过脉动试验和跑车试验来测试该桥的固有基频、阻尼比和冲击系数。结果表明:在各荷载作用下,本桥挠度和应变的校验系数均未超出标准容许值1,结构实际工作性能很好,相对残余应变和残余变形最大值分别为14.33%和9.25%,都未超出标准容许值20%,桥梁整体处于弹性变形阶段;在动力荷载作用下,拱桥第1阶竖向自振频率为5.997,阻尼比为0.009%,测试应变冲击系数介于1.075~1.137,竖向实测基频大于计算基频,桥梁整体刚度满足设计规范。In order to evaluate the stress condition and working performance of the hollow arch bridge under load,the bridge's bearing capacity is evaluated through load test and finite element analysis.The static load test is to test the stress and displacement value of each section of the main arch ring under the action of eccentric load and medium load;the dynamic load test is to test the inherent fundamental frequency,damping ratio and impact of the bridge through pulsation test and sports car test coefficient.The results show that under various loads,the calibration coefficients of the deflection and strain of the bridge do not exceed the standard allowable value 1,and the actual working performance of the structure is very good.The maximum values of the relative residual strain and residual deformation are 14.33%and 9.25%,respectively.Within 20%of the standard allowable value,the bridge as a whole is in the elastic deformation stage;under the action of dynamic load,the first-order vertical natural frequency of the arch bridge is 5.997,the damping ratio is 0.009%,and the test strain impact coefficient is between 1.075 and 1.137.The measured fundamental frequency is greater than the calculated fundamental frequency,and the overall stiffness of the bridge meets the design specifications.
