摘  要:目的:分析测试矿物药雄黄的显微结构及微量元素含量。方法:采用显微镜及多接收电感耦合等离子体质谱法测试贵州省贞丰县和册亨县境内矿物药雄黄中的显微结构及42种微量元素含量,并用EXCEL软件和OriginPro 2016软件对测试数据进行统计分析。结果:实验所测试的雄黄样品呈脉状、网脉状及团块状。雄黄结构较为简单,一般与方解石等矿物共生。雄黄中Sb元素含量相对于其他元素含量较高,最高可达2000μg·g^(-1)以上;Ni、Zn、Gr、Sr元素含量稍低,一般在10μg·g^(-1)左右;Li、Cr、Co、Cu、Sn、Ba、Pb元素含量一般在0.1~1μg·g^(-1)之间;其余元素含量很低,不足0.1μg·g^(-1)。结论:贵州省黔西南自治州贞丰县和册亨县境内雄黄矿物样品的结构相对较为简单,结晶程度高,纯净度较高,雄黄所含微量元素含量低,可考虑作为矿物类中药来使用。Objective:To analyze the microstructure and contents of trace elements in mineral medicine realgar.Methods:Microscope and multi-receiver inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry were used to test the microstructure and 42 kinds of trace elements in the mineral medicine realgar in Zhenfeng County and Ceheng County of Guizhou Province,and Excel and OriginPro 2016 software were used for statistical analysis of the data.Results:The realgar samples were veined,reticulated and lumped.Realgar has a relatively simple structure and is usually associated with minerals such as calcite.The content of Sb in realgar was higher than that of other elements,and the highest content was more than 2000μg·g^(-1).The contents of Ni,Zn,Gr and Sr were slightly lower and were generally about 10μg·g^(-1).The contents of Li,Cr,Co,Cu,Sn,Ba and Pb were generally between 0.1-1μg·g^(-1).The contents of other elements were very low and were less than 0.1μg·g^(-1).Conclusion:The realgarmineral samples from Zhenfeng county and ceheng county of Guizhou Province are relatively simple in structure,high in crystallinity,high in purity,and low in trace element contents,which can be considered as mineral traditional Chinese medicine to use.
