摘 要:随着国家对环保的要求不断提高,连续吹炼工艺替代PS转炉吹炼成为必然的趋势。据此,通过对现行主流连续炼铜工艺现状的分析,对常见熔炼工艺和吹炼工艺优劣势分别进行了对比,最终提出了“闪速熔炼+底吹吹炼”的新工艺构思。简要分析了新工艺的优势和存在问题,并提出了相应的解决思路。With the continuous improvement of national requirements for environmental protection,it has become an inevitable trend for continuous blowing process to replace PS converter.Therefore,through the analysis of the current situation of the mainstream continuous copper smelting process,and the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of common smelting process and blowing process,a new process assumption of"flash smelting+bottom blowing blowing"is finally put forward.The advantages and existing problems of the new process are briefly analyzed,and the corresponding solutions are put forward.
