摘 要:基于新余天赋矿业尾矿库工程,针对尾矿坝在排洪系统失效或超标准洪水发生漫顶溃坝情况,利用不同溃坝经验公式确定溃口宽度,采用Flow-3D软件分析尾矿坝在一定溃口宽度下发生瞬间溃坝时溃坝砂流的运移范围,分析其是否会对下游产生影响。分析结果显示,溃坝所淹没的范围距坝脚最远约600 m,未到达下游房屋;溃坝尾砂最远运移距离为750 m,未到达下游房屋。因此溃坝对下游房屋、公路无影响。Based on Xinyu Tianfu mining tailings pond project,in view of the overflow dam-break of tailings dam in case of flood discharge system failure or over standard flood,different dam break empirical formulas are used to determine the dam break width,Flow-3D software is used to analyze the migration range of dam break sand flow when the tailings dam breaks instantaneously under a certain dam break width,and whether it will affect the downstream.The analysis results show that the range submerged by the dam break is about 600 m away from the dam toe and does not reach the downstream houses;The farthest migration distance of dam break tailings is 750 m and does not reach the downstream houses.Therefore,dam break has no impact on downstream houses and roads.
