摘　　要：本文作者通过对浙江台州某法院委托的一起机动车维修质量鉴定案件,提醒机动车维修企业特别是在更换发动机总成作业项目时,应对托修方是否按照法律、法规的规定办理了相关手续进行审查,签订维修合同,从而维护自身的合法权益。Through a motor vehicle maintenance quality appraisal case entrusted by a court in Taizhou,Zhejiang,the article reminds the motor vehicle maintenance company that the repairing party should handle relevant procedures in accordance with the laws and regulations,especially when replacing the engine assembly operation project.The procedures are reviewed,and maintenance contracts are signed to protect their legitimate rights and interests.
