摘　　要：为了解决目前市场发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,LED)圆形灯管手工贴标的难度及效率问题,研究了一种全自动LED圆形灯管贴标机。该设备采用伺服电机定长送标签,真空吸头吸附标签后,剥离刀将底纸剥离,然后由伺服电机送到定点的灯管上并粘贴,再由仿形滚轮滚压标签,实现自动贴标。经市场客户端实践使用,该设备具有高速、高精度,运动稳定等特点,降低了人工劳动强度,提高了生产效率。To solve the difficulty and efficiency of manual labeling on Light Emitting Diode(LED)circular lamp in market,developed an automatic equipment of labelling on LED circular lamp.The equipment uses the servo motor to send the label at a fixed length.After the vacuum suction head sucks the label,the stripping knife peels the adhesive paper and pastes the label to the lamp tube which rolled to the setting position on the tube automatically by the servo,the profiling roller rolls the label to realize automatic labeling.With much practical application in the market,this equipment born with advantages:high speed,high precision and good stabilities while working,these DOES reduce the labor intensity and improves the production efficiency.
