摘  要:在机床的主轴部件之中,机床主轴轴承是确保机床运行的重要部件。机床主轴的轴承在运行过程中会受到多方面作用的影响,不仅有轴向以及径向的载荷,而且需要注意在高速运转状态下的旋转精度与温度的变化等问题。在实际的高速数控机床运用过程中,应该尽量提升轴承的刚度,以延长轴承的精度寿命。同时,在提高机床主轴工作转速时,还要使其保持更高的旋转精度。因此,对于高速数控机床主轴轴承精度及其保持性分析,有着非常重要的现实意义。Among the spindle components of the machine tool,the spindle bearing of the machine tool is an important component to ensure the operation of the machine tool.The bearing of machine tool spindle will be affected by many aspects during operation,not only axial and radial loads,but also the rotation accuracy and temperature change under high-speed operation.In the actual application of high-speed CNC machine tools,the stiffness of the bearing should be improved as much as possible to make the accuracy and service life of the bearing longer.At the same time,when increasing the working speed of the machine tool spindle,it is also necessary to maintain higher rotation accuracy.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to analyze the spindle bearing accuracy and its retention of high-speed NC machine tools.
