摘 要:通过开展YG8硬质合金的磨削实验,分别用树脂结合剂立方氮化硼(Cubic Boron Nitride,CBN)砂轮、CBN电镀砂轮、氧化铝砂轮对YG8硬质合金进行了磨削,并研究了不同加工参数对磨削表面质量的影响,同时通过采用醋酸对YG8硬质合金进行腐蚀,然后进行磨削。结果表明,采用树脂结合剂的CBN砂轮比CBN电镀砂轮能获得更好的表面加工质量,而且适当增大磨削深度不会降低加工表面质量,增大磨削速度有利于材料塑性去除,采用醋酸腐蚀有利于提高磨削加工质量。The grinding experiment of YG8 cemented carbide was carried out.YG8 cemented carbide was ground with resin bonded Cubic Boron Nitride(CBN)grinding wheel,CBN electroplating grinding wheel and alumina grinding wheel respectively.The effects of different machining parameters on grinding surface quality were studied.YG8 cemented carbide was corroded by acetic acid and then ground.The results show that the CBN grinding wheel with resin bond can obtain better surface machining quality than CBN electroplated grinding wheel.Appropriately increasing the grinding depth will not reduce the machined surface quality.Increasing the grinding speed is conducive to the plastic removal of materials,and the acetic acid corrosion is conducive to improving the grinding machining quality.
