摘　　要：针对在实际生产中保险杠出现银纹缺陷的原因进行了分析,分别从注塑成型工艺及设备、注塑模具、塑料材料这3种影响制品质量要素着手进行分析,通过实际生产中的实验发现了工艺参数背压及前射退对银纹缺陷的影响,并提出了克服银纹缺陷的具体措施。In this paper,the cause of sliver streaks on bumper was analyzed separately from technology、equipment、injection mold、plastic material.From the actual production,it was found that the backpressure and loose back play a great effect on sliver streaks.In this paper,it provided the concrete measures on how to overcome the defects.
