摘  要:以煤矸石为原料,通过活化焙烧和联合浸出的方法制得高纯度的白炭黑,考察了预焙烧、酸浸、碱焙烧、水浸和陈化参数对白炭黑制备的影响。结果表明:在预焙烧温度为700℃,预焙烧时间为2 h,硫酸浓度为20%,液固比为5,浸出温度为90℃,浸出时间为1 h,加碱焙烧温度为750℃,碱渣比为1.5:1,水浸液固比为20,水浸温度为60℃,pH值为6和陈化温度为80℃条件下,得到白炭黑产品品位大于99.5%。White carbon with high purity was prepared from coal gangue by activation roasting and combined leaching.The effects of pre-roasting,acid leaching,alkali roasting,water leaching and aging parameters on the preparation of silica were investigated.Results show that the product grade of white carbon was more than 99.5%under the conditions of pre-roasting temperature of 700℃,roasting time of 2 h,H_(2)SO_(4) concentration of 20%,liquid to solid ratio of 5,leaching temperature of 90℃,leaching time of 1 h,alkali roasting temperature of 750℃,NaOH to slag ratio of 1.5:1,liquid to solid ratio of 20,leaching temperature of 60℃,pH value of 6 and aging temperature of 90℃.
