摘 要:为提高重晶石的附加值,以重晶石微粉和金红石型钛白粉为原料,油酸钠为改性剂,采用疏水聚合法制备重晶石/钛白粉复合颜料粉。分别对重晶石微粉和金红石型钛白粉先进行油酸钠湿法改性,再将两种改性粉体浆料混合搅拌、过滤、干燥和研磨分散,得复合颜料粉。结果表明:在液固比为5:1,搅拌转速300 r/min,改性温度60℃;油酸钠添加量为重晶石质量的0.5%,改性时间45 min;油酸钠添加量为钛白粉质量的3.0%,改性时间30 min的条件下,当钛白粉质量分数为60%时,重晶石/钛白粉复合颜料的蓝光白度Wr达到91.46%,吸油值为10.94 g/100 g,遮盖力为15.90 g/m^(2),达到所用纯金红石型钛白粉遮盖力性能的86%,表现出良好的亲油性,可作为颜料使用。In order to improve the added value of barite,barite/titanium dioxide composite pigment powder was prepared by hydrophobic polymerization with barite powder and rutile titanium dioxide as raw materials and sodium oleate as modifier.Barite powder and rutile titanium dioxide powder were modified by sodium oleate wet method respectively,and then the two modified powders were mixed,stirred,filtered,dried and ground to obtain composite pigment powder.The results show that:under the conditions of liquid-solid ratio of 5:1,stirring speed of 300 r/min,modification temperature of 60℃,sodium oleate content of 0.5%barite and modification time of 45 min,sodium oleate content of 3.0%titanium dioxide and modification time of 30 min,the blue whiteness Wr of barite/titanium dioxide composite pigment reaches 91.46%when the mass ratio of titanium dioxide is 60%.The oil absorption value is 10.94 g/100 g,and the covering power is 15.90 g/m^(2),which is 86%of that of rutile titanium dioxiderawmaterial.It shows good lipophilicity and can be used as pigment.
