摘  要:选取了广西贵港市几处典型的含银铅锌矿作为研究对象,对单个样品进行了工艺矿物学研究,确定了矿样中铅矿物的赋存状态及主要脉石矿物成分并采用了优先浮选的方法进行了铅浮选研究。最终实验结果表明:在选铅时石英-绢云母脉型矿适合用丁胺黑药作为方铅矿捕收剂,其他两种脉型适合采用乙硫氮作为方铅矿捕收剂;采用丁基黄药和丁胺黑药联合回收不同脉型的矿样中的闪锌矿都可以获得较好的选别指标;伴生元素银在白云脉型中含量最低,其铅、锌精矿不能得到较好的回收。Several typical silver-bearing lead-zinc ores in Guigang were selected as the research objects.The process mineralogy of each sample was studied,and the occurrence state of lead mineral and the main gangue mineral composition were determined.The preferential flotation method was adopted to study the lead sulfide flotation process.The results showed that the quartz-sericite vein ore is suitable for collecting galena with butylamine,the other two vein types are suitable for using ethylsulfide nitrogen as the galena collector.The recovery of sphalerite from the ore samples of different vein types by the combination of butylflavone and butylamine black reagent can obtain better separation indexes.The associated element silver has the lowest content in dolomite vein type and can not be recovered well in lead and zinc concentrates.
