摘  要:铁矿石伴生的硫一般以磁黄铁矿、黄铁矿等矿物形式存在,是铁精矿的主要杂质之一,不利于铜铁冶炼且易造成环境污染。新疆某浮锌尾矿含有大量的磁铁矿(Fe品位为42.64%)以及少量的磁黄铁矿和黄铁矿(S品位为2.81%)。本文针对该浮锌尾矿分别进行了“浮-磁”工艺实验和“磁-浮”工艺实验,通过两种工艺对比可知“磁-浮”工艺具有酸耗少、流程短、指标好等优点。采用“磁-浮”工艺进行全流程闭路实验,最终获得了含Fe 65.42%、S 0.38%的铁精矿,Fe回收率为77.99%。Sulfur is one of the main impurities associated with iron ore,mainly exists in the form of pyrrhotite,pyrite,which is detrimental to smelting process and environment.A zinc flotation tailing from Xinjiang contains a large amount of magnetite and a small amount of pyrrhotite and pyrite,with 42.64%of Fe grade and 2.81%of S.In this paper,the flotation-magnetic separation technology test and the magnetic separation-flotation technology test were carried out for the zinc flotation tailing samples,respectively.It can be known that the magnetic separation-flotation technology has the advantages of less acid consumption,short-flow and better beneficiation result.The magnetic separation-flotation technology was adopted to conduct the closed-circuit test,and a magnetite concentrate containing 65.42%Fe and 0.38%S with a Fe recovery of 77.99%was obtained.
