摘 要:沉积型锐钛矿在钛资源选矿技术发展中长期以来基本处于空白状态,甚至被业内研究人员认为是呆滞资源。四川某含铁高岭土型锐钛矿为典型的该类矿石,含TFe 18.88%、TiO_(2)6.19%、Al_(2)O_(3)21.39%。本文针对该矿石性质,进行了不同硫酸浸出工艺的化学选矿探索性实验。实验结果表明,硫酸化焙烧-水浸工艺和硫酸直接浸出工艺均能对矿石中钛和铝有较好的浸出效果。探索实验获得的浸出实验结果:钛浸出率分别为68.66%、52.78%,铝铁浸出率均在90%以上。实验结果为该类沉积型钛矿的利用指明了方向。Sedimentary type anatase has been basically a blank state in the development of titanium resource beneficiation technology for a long time,and has even been regarded as a unavailable resource by industry researchers.An iron-bearing kaolin-type anatase in Sichuan is a typical sedimentary-type titanium ore,containing 18.88%TFe,6.19%TiO_(2),and 21.39%Al_(2)O_(3).In this paper,according to the nature of the ore,this paper conducted exploratory experiments on chemical beneficiation with different sulfuric acid leaching processes.The experimental results show that both the sulfuric acid roasting-water leaching process and the sulfuric acid direct leaching process have good leaching effect on titanium and aluminum in ore.The leaching test results obtained from the exploration test:The leaching rates of titanium are 68.66%and 52.78%respectively,and the leaching rates of aluminum and iron are both above 90%.The test results point out the direction for the utilization of this type of sedimentary type titanium ore.
