摘  要:采用预选-浮选工艺对甘肃某多金属硫化矿山堆存废石进行了有价元素回收实验。结果表明,X荧光预选可从铜品位为0.1%左右的废石中获得铜品位为1.10%、锌品位为1.09%,作业回收率分别为82.3%和75.6%的矿石。采用优先浮选工艺可从预选后的矿石中获得铜品位为22.25%,作业回收率90.58%;锌品位48.40%,作业回收率70.95%;硫品位43.50%,作业回收率67.22%的高品质精矿。荧光预选-浮选工艺对资源枯竭型矿山废石中有价元素的高效回收具有较好的适应性,对延长矿山服务年限具有重要的现实意义。Pre-selection-flotation process was used to carry out valuable element recovery experiments on waste rock piled up in a polymetallic sulfide mine in Gansu.Results show that X-fluorescence pre-selection can obtain ore with copper grade of 1.10%,zinc grade of 1.09%,and operating recovery rates of 82.3%and 75.6%from waste rocks with a copper grade of about 0.1%.The priority flotation process can be used to obtain high-quality precision with a copper grade of 22.25%and an operating recovery rate of 90.58%from the pre-selected ores;a zinc grade of 48.40%and an operating recovery rate of 70.95%;a sulfur grade of 43.50%and an operating recovery rate of 67.22%.mine.The fluorescence pre-flotation process has good adaptability to the efficient recovery of valuable elements in the waste rock of resource-exhausted mines,and has important practical significance for extending the service life of mines.
