摘 要:为探究干法旋转摩擦电选辉钼矿进行预选抛尾的可行性,实验了辉钼矿以及石英、长石、黑云母等脉石矿物在不同条件下的摩擦荷电特性。结果表明,辉钼矿与其他几种脉石矿物荷电特性有显著差异,荷质比相差较大,利于干法静电分离。在此基础上,利用实验室旋转摩擦静电分选(RTS)系统对辉钼矿石进行分选实验,考察了荷电电压、摩擦转速、给料速率、进风风速、给料粒级等参数对预抛尾分选效果的影响。结果表明,荷电电压+12 kV、摩擦转速4000 r/min、给料速率50 g/min、进风风速1.6 m/s、给料粒级-0.15+0.074 mm时,辉钼矿石预抛尾效果较佳。In order to explore the feasibility of pre-concentration of molybdenite by the dry rotary triboelectric separator(RTS),the triboelectrostatic charging characteristics of molybdenite and gangue minerals such as quartz,feldspar and biotite were investigated under different conditions.The results show that molybdenite is significantly different from other gangue minerals in charging characteristics,and the charge-mass ratio,which is beneficial to dry electrostatic separation.On this basis,the separation effect with the actual molybdenite minerals was studied using the laboratory rotary triboelectrostatic separation system.The effects of process parameters such as charging voltage,friction speed,feed rate,inlet air speed and feed particle size on the pre-concentration separation results were investigated individually.The results show that the optimum results were obtained when the charging voltage was+12 kV,the friction speed is 4000 r/min,the feed rate was 50 g/min,the inlet air speed was 1.6 m/s,and the feed particle size was-0.15+0.074 mm.
