摘 要:谦比希铜矿以硫化铜矿为主,因原矿石中铜矿物的嵌布粒度不均匀,导致现有工艺条件下选矿指标有优化提高的空间。针对这一问题,本文以谦比希西矿体矿石为研究对象,分别考察了中矿再磨、尾矿再磨以及改质机优化入浮前的矿化条件等优化手段对选矿指标的影响。结果表明:中矿再磨再选实验、尾矿再磨再选实验以及改质机强化浮选矿化条件的实验,均表明在一定程度上能提高选矿指标。且在超级搅拌,中、尾矿再磨等多种优化手段作用下,经一次粗选、两次精选、两次扫选的闭路流程,可得到铜品位26.61%、铜回收率93.34%的优质精矿产品。Copper sulfide mineral are major copper-bearing minerals in the Chambishi copper mine.The distribution of copper mineral’s particle is very complex in the ore,which makes the flotation index of recovery copper still can improve a bit.In order to solve this problem,this paper takes Chambishi orebody ore as the research object,and investigates the influence of middling regrinding,tailings regrinding and the optimization of mineralization conditions before flotation by the refiner on the beneficiation index.The results show that the middling regrinding and reconcentration test,the tailings regrinding and reconcentration test and the test of the modified machine to strengthen the flotation beneficiation conditions all indicate that the beneficiation indexes can be improved to a certain extent.In addition,under the action of various optimization means such as super stirring,middling and tailings regrinding,through the closed-circuit process of one roughing,two cleaning and two scavenging,high-quality concentrate with copper grade of 26.61%and copper recovery of 93.34%can be obtained.
