摘  要:针对夜长坪钼钨矿选矿厂生产过程中存在的问题,在对矿石类型、成矿期次等矿床成矿地质特征研究基础上,提出了磁选分离工艺,通过干式磁选分离实验和对分离后不同产品的化学组成、矿物组成、氧化率的对比分析研究,发现该工艺实现了85%硫化矿、氧化矿分磨分选,显著解决了矿山无法分采配矿、矿石性质变化造成选矿过程波动等重大难题,稳定了选矿入选原料的性质,取得了较好的选矿指标。同时研究矿石类型、成矿期次等成矿地质特征与矿石分选工艺关系也为解决该类型复杂难选矿提供一种崭新的思路。In view of the problems existing in the production process of Yechangping molybdenum tungsten ore concentrator,based on the study of the geological characteristics of ore types and metallogenic stages,the magnetic separation process is proposed.Through the dry magnetic separation test and the comparative analysis of the chemical composition,mineral composition and oxidation rate of different products after separation,it is found that the process realizes the vast majority of sulfide ore and oxide ore Separate grinding and separation basically solved the major problems of ore dressing process fluctuation caused by the failure of separate mining and ore blending and the change of ore properties,stabilized the properties of raw materials for beneficiation,and achieved better beneficiation indexes.At the same time,the relationship between ore-forming geological characteristics and ore separation process is studied,which provides a new idea to solve the problem of complex and difficult ore separation.
