摘 要:以不同经济时代为背景对人力资本内在价值侧重点及外在表现价值体现差异两个方面进行分析,明确数字经济时代赋予人力资本价值的时代特点为"数字化",即技术和思维数字化。围绕加强人才数字技术和数字思维培养以及优化数字环境和相关政策两个层面,提出提高数字技术教育培训质量、培养数字化思维方式、营造适宜人力资本发展的数字人文环境、优化市场环境协调供需平衡等4条深化人力资本价值时代特点的开发策略,对数字经济时代人力资本相关问题的后续研究做一些铺垫。Based on the background of different economic times,the differences are analyzed between the human capital intrinsic value and external performance value,and it is made clear that the characteristics of times of digital economy to human capital value is"digitization",that is,the digitalization of technology and thinking.Focusing on two aspects of strengthening the cultivation of talents’digital technology and digital thinking,as well as optimizing the digital environment and relevant policies,four development strategies on deepening the characteristics of the era of human capital value are put forward,which are respectively to improve the quality of digital technology education training,to develop digital way of thinking,to build appropriate digital humanities environment for the development of human capital market environment,and to optimize coordination of supply and demand balance.This has important implications for subsequent research on related issues of human capital in the era of digital economy.
